KUD Januševec
KUD Januševec is a association which was founded in 1936. and it works with the same goal, and that goal is preserving Croatian culture inheritance.We have 110 active members from the age of 5 -70 years in four groups : mix singing choir, tamburica orchestra ,folklore assemble and offspring.On the repertoire we have dances from all parts of Croatia. Our choreographys are made by the best of the Croatian choreographers.The work of the dancers , singers and the tamburica players is supervise by our administration which is trying to put assamble on the top of the Croatian folklore scene , and it succeeds.The dancing assamble had performance in Italy ,Austria ,France , Czech Republic, Slovenija , Hungary and Germany . In 2003 the assamble has attended the folklore festival in Winningen in Germany .We have a long relationship with a Hungaryan folklore group from Umok, whose ancestors are Croatian
